WHO IS STEVE GROSSMAN
Steven Grossman is the Chief Strategic Officer of NJ Lenders Corp. in New Jersey. He has been originating residential mortgages since 1991 and joined NJ Lenders Corp. in 1994. As a managing partner, Steve has personally funded over $3 billion in residential loans. He is recognized as one of the “Top Loan Originators in America” by various industry publications. Steve oversees various departments at NJ Lenders Corp., including MLOs, recruitment, operations, capital markets, Consumer Direct, and marketing. He also leads a capital market mastermind group and serves as a business coach. Steve actively participates in advisory boards for Own Up, Top of Mind, and Homebinder. Additionally, he is a trustee for the Youth Consultation Services and a founding member of a nonprofit supporting families in Costa Rica.
